Peryite has sent a mist across Skyrim that has covered everything. Mistwalkers, infected draugr, seek to kill all - humans, elves, and beastfolk. I usually prefer lore-friendly mods, though I admit to using Posh Mudcrabs and leveling Two-Handed with a lightsaber Magicka Saber.
